Mivardi Base Camp XXL is a large, robust, and perfectly stable shelter, refined down to the smallest detail, yet quick and easy to set up. It offers far more than just generous space, doors, and windows. Its core is an exceptionally stable frame with double support legs connected by short tension bars with solid clips on both ends. These significantly reinforce the structure and reduce flexing. Two of the tension bars feature practical velcro rod holders. All main frame sections are telescopic and equipped with a reliable locking system for easy adjustment. The telescopic design also allows for a compact transport size and ensures quick and convenient assembly and disassembly. In extreme conditions, the shelter's stability can be further enhanced using four ropes. The entire setup or takedown can be easily managed by a single person. The outer shell is made from M-TEC300 material with a hexagonal texture, boasting a water column of 8000mm and increased mechanical resistance. The front wall consists of an openable entrance panel with a large window fitted with mosquito mesh, transparent PVC, and a nylon cover. The letterbox-style front panel can be opened from the sides and rolled up traditionally, or partially unzipped from top to bottom for gradual opening. At the front, there is a large canopy with its own fiberglass frame. When deployed, it's supported by two poles and secured with guy ropes. The canopy can be completely folded down along the front wall without the need for full disassembly. A specially designed connection between the canopy and the main shelter effectively prevents water accumulation on the roof, even during heavy rain. On the back wall there is a large window with a mosquito net, a nylon window and a transparent PVC window can be attached to it using Velcro. It is also equipped with a micro-ventilation function when using a spacer in the lower part of the window. The front wall consists of an openable entrance panel with a huge window, fitted with a mosquito net and a nylon window. The side walls of the shelter are equipped with large windows with nylon covers and mosquito mesh, also featuring a micro-ventilation option. The letterbox-style side panels can also be partially opened or fully removed. A unique feature of the Mivardi Base Camp is a separately available bivvy connection kit. This kit includes two universal side sleeves that can be attached to the shelter instead of the side panels, allowing for the connection of almost any bivvy or brolly to the Base Camp. Other optional accessories include a set of four internal hanging organizers and a heavy-duty, durable groundsheet. The shelter is delivered in a generously sized transport bag for easy packing. This 600D nylon bag is waterproof and easy to clean.
